Alarm Carbon Monoxide Cavius Nano
Carbon Monoxide (CO) is a colourless, odourless and tasteless poison gas that can be fatal when inhaled. CO is the product of incomplete combustion and can come from any fuel-burning appliance that is malfunctioning or improperly installed such as; a blocked chimney or flue, gas range grill or stove, fireplaces, etc.
The CAVIUS CO alarm is not only the world’s smallest, it also contains advanced technology and intelligent features. The alarm will make a CO reading every 30 seconds if the concentration is less than 200 parts per million (ppm). At 300 ppm, the alarm will activate.
Carbon Monoxide alarms should be installed in all areas where there is a gas source i.e. kitchen (hobs), lounges (heating) bedrooms (heating), etc. Carbon Monoxide alarms are not smoke alarms, ensure to install smoke alarms as well.
